What does that mean? I believe everyone should be connected to their community, whether it’s your local neighborhood or your online tribe.

In our highly social world, relating and interacting with others in a positive and courteous manner is crucial to success both personally and professionally.

The trees in this photo are along a street where I lived. Each is unique, with its own beauty that was on full display in Autumn. (The photo does not do justice to the fiery red tree.) Each of us possess unique qualities and insights that we can share with others.
